Smart Education Lights Up the Eyes of Rural Students in Korea District
In a significant leap towards digital transformation under the Good Governance Festival 2025, Government Middle School in the remote village of Anjokhurd, Korea district, has embraced smart education. The school now boasts a Smart TV, enabling students to learn through digital means — a development that has brought excitement and energy to classrooms.
The initiative was driven by the School Management and Development Committee (SMDC) and the local villagers, who submitted a request to the education department seeking smart education tools for their school. Responding swiftly and seriously, the education department facilitated the installation of a Smart TV, making interactive learning a reality for these young minds.
As soon as the Smart TV was installed, a wave of joy swept through the school. Students eagerly expressed that lessons now feel more engaging thanks to videos, images, and audio aids. Teachers praised the effort, emphasizing how complex subjects are now easier to explain, increasing students' interest and participation in class.
Narayan Singh, the SMDC president, shared, “We never imagined our request during the Good Governance Festival would be fulfilled so quickly. We sincerely thank Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai, the district administration, and the education department for making this possible.”
Students also added that they now take active interest in learning through the Smart TV, which is expected to improve attendance and make the overall school environment more vibrant and enthusiastic.
The Good Governance Festival, guided by the vision of Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai, is not only solving local issues but also igniting innovation and hope in rural communities, truly embodying the spirit of "development through participation."
