Public Grievances Promptly Addressed During Collector’s Jan Darshan in Mohla

In a bid to directly engage with citizens and ensure prompt redressal of public grievances, Collector Tulika Prajapati chaired the weekly Jan Darshan (public hearing) held at the district office meeting hall. A total of 12 applications were received during the session, highlighting issues ranging from housing requests to infrastructure development.

Collector Prajapati attentively listened to the concerns and directed district officials to address the complaints with urgency and in accordance with government norms. All received applications are currently being forwarded to the respective departments for necessary action.

Among the petitioners was Mr. Kanhaiya Lal from Bhagwantola village in Mohla block, who submitted a request for approval under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana. Another citizen, Mr. Kuleshwar from the same area, sought assistance for rectifying an online land map.

In a more urgent appeal, Mrs. Reena Tembhurne reported a devastating fire that destroyed her house due to unknown reasons. She submitted an application seeking compensation for the loss.

Residents of Semharbandha Gram Panchayat collectively requested the initiation of bridge construction over Kanhe Nala near Dhanapayali, as well as the installation of a solar pump in Ward No. 11 of Dhanapayali village.

Several other applicants from different parts of the district also presented their grievances and requested timely intervention from the administration.

The Collector emphasized that every application should be processed diligently and assured citizens that their voices are being heard and respected.
